Cumperi barca( sa zicem cazul meu )Italia si mergi prima data la Capitania unui port din Tara sa vezi ce si cum, aici oficialii vor solicita urmatoarele acte:<br />
1.traducerea actului cu autentificarea notariala a semnaturii traducatorului<br />
2.Declaratie pe propie raspundere ca in tara de unde este cumparata barca (fara motor) nu este necesara inmatricularea<br />
3.Act vanzare cumparare motor, radierea motorului si copie dupa carnetul ambarcatiunii pe care a fost inmatriculat(daca nu a fost inmatriculat in Romania renuntati ca nu aveti sanse decat 0,5%)<br />
4. dovada ca ambarcatiunea a fost inregistrata in evidentele fiscale pe numele dvs<br />
Pana aici totul simplu dar sa luam etapa cu etapa, punct cu punct:<br />
1.Traducerea actului de vanzare cumparare cu autentificarea semnaturii traducatorului este aproape imposibil de realizat mai pe scurt din 20 de notari unul singur a fost de acord sa faca acest lucru mai pe scurt pentru cei care sunteti in dificultate luati legatura cu traducator autorizat ALEXANDRU MARCU la TEL 0724168359<br />
2.Aici se rezolva fara probleme la oricare notar<br />
3.Nici macar 2% din motoarele de vanzare de pe piata nu au acte deci nu cumparati motor fara actele de la punctul 3<br />
4.Aici este problema cea mai dureroasa si anume ca Directiile de impozite si taxe solicita carnetul ambarcatiunii daca doriti sa declarati barca doar ca eliberarea carnetului este conditionata de plata si declararea bunului... deci blocaj<br />
Eu personal in acest stadiu am ajuns si sincer vreau sa inving acest sistem idiot, cand voi reusi sa conving autoritatie sa-mi i-a impozit va anunt precis<br />

Am vazut astazi in lista de lecturi pe blogger un articol despre o ,,aventura" in Delta Dunarii a unui site care are cumva aceiasi tema si anume pescuitul pe Dunare.Din pacate sunt multe lucruri care trebuiesc trecute la rubrica <u style="font-weight: bold;">ASA NU! </u> pentru ca autorul da dovada ori de nepricepere ori de inconstienta!!!!<br />
Spun asta pentru ca un pescar de Dunare inainte de fiecare plecare la pescuit pentru un timp mai mare de 3 zile ar trebui sa tina cont de cateva lucruri foarte importante:<br />
1 Cota Dunarii de la Severin pana la locul de pescuit ales pentru a estima tendinta de crestere a apei pe timpul partidei de pescuit, altfel te poti trezi ca in doua zile dupa ce ai asezat tabara Dunarea iti bate la usa cortului sau, mai rau, noaptea te poti trezi in apa.<br />
2 Iti calculezi bagajele astfel incat daca ai barca personala sa nu depasesti capacitatea ei de incarcare pentru ca la o barca pneumatica din cauza greutatii mari lipiturile pot ceda iar daca ai barca rigida un simplu val de la o alta barca poate trece peste bord si in ambele cazuri azungi pe mal inot dar fara bagaje....<u><b>Daca este frig afara esti imbracat gros si nu mai conteaza ca ai pierdut bagajele daca mostenitorii nu sunt pasionati de pescuit. </b></u><br />

Am tot vazut pareri cu privire la barcile pentru pescuitul pe Dunare dar fiecare isi lauda barca proprie fara sa faca o analiza corecta a avantajelor si dezavantajelor.Desigur fiecare dintre noi este atras initial de o barca pneumatica datorita spatiului mic necesar depozitarii si transportului insa dupa cateva iesiri pe Dunare realizeaza greseala facuta.Iata de ce spun asta: </div>

Barca pneumatica cu un cost de 400-500 euro(vorbim de barci noi) este fara chila are o greutate proprie de 25-30 kg si poate fi echipata de regula cu motor de maxim 5 cai, un cunoscator stie ca acesta barca nu poate ,,glisa" cu 2 pesoane si bagaj, mai pe intelesul tuturor nu poti merge decat in regim de deplasament cu o viteza maxima de 5-7km/h .Astfel daca aveti de parcurs 5-6 Km pe Dunare se pierde cca 3 ore cu pregatirea barcii la mal si drumul efectiv</div>

S-a pescuit 3 zile dar apa era in crestere si foarte murdara, deci capturi aproape 0, exceptie au facut ceva moace, Astfel am plecat in cautarea unui loc mai productiv si am ajuns la un canal de alimentare pe care doar nebunii puteau intra si noi.Una peste alta nu mergeti in delta acum ca sunt slabe sanse pana se stabilizeaza apa. </div>

hidrometeorologice şi a debitelor defluente din S.H.E.N. Porţile de Fier vom
reveni cu actualizarea prognozei hidrologice. Se impune urmărirea evoluţiei
situaţiei hidrometeorologice, în conformitate cu „Regulamentul privind
gestionarea situaţiilor de urgenţă generate de inundaţii, fenomene
meteorologice periculoase, accidente la construcţii hidrotehnice, poluări
accidentale pe cursurile de apă şi poluări marine în zona costieră”.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

Nu sfatuiesc pe nimeni sa coboare cu barca in aval pentru ca la o eventuala pana de motor sa te intorci in port daca din amonte te aduce apa foarte repede din aval este imposibil.Cum apa a crescut foarte mult, aduce busteni si astfel riscul sa lovesti elicea este foarte crescut.<br />
De pescuit am incercat dar fara sa avem macar o trasatura, este adevarat ca motorul barcii a cedat dupa 4Km de mars fortat si nu am putut sa cautam locuri mai bune....<br />
Pe scurt incercati Dunarea cand are cota 350-400 si daca nu aveti barca nu plecati pana nu sunteti siguri ca apa din padure s-a retras.<br />

Canalul ,,apa calda" este de fapt canalul de evacuare al apei care raceste reactoarele centralei, este adevarat ca uneori apa vine mai calda sau mai rece dar asta este se datoreaza temperaturii de afara, canalul avand tocmai rolul de racire a apei pana la o anumita temperatura maxim admisa in conditii de canicula pentru a nu afecta biodiversitatea Dunarii pe zona respectiva. Cu privire la reactoare, oprirea acestora se face pe parcursul a 30-40 de zile(acesta este procesul tehnologic) nu asa prin apasarea unui simplu buton.</div>

Folosirea r.p.a.f.s. face posibilă realizarea unor repere unicate, serii mici sau mijlocii la preţuri accesibile.<br />
Domeniul de temperatură în care se pot utiliza confecţiile din r.p.a.f.s. este în general, -30grC la +60grC; de la caz la caz însă acest interval se poate extinde.<br />
<br />
1.2. DURATA DE UTILIZARE NORMALĂ<br />

Durata de utilizare normală a unei ambarcatiuni, poate varia între 5 şi 10 ani, în condiţiile respectării prevederilor prezentului standard de firmă.<br />
<br />
1.3. GARANŢIE DE MEDIU ÎNCONJURĂTOR<br />
<br />
Toate reperele din r.p.a.f.s. au o bună rezistenţă la acţiunea agenţilor atmosferici. Valorile rezistenţei chimice faţă de agresivitatea mediului pot fi sensibil îmbunătăţite prin alegerea adecvată a tipului de răşină poliesterică utilizată si a respectarii tehnologiei de executie.<b style="background-color: white; color: #3e3e3e; font-family: Tahoma, Calibri, Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;"></b><br />

MATERIALE<br />
<br />
Materialele utilizate în realizarea manuală a ambarcatiunilor de agrement realizate prin procedeul laminării manuale din răşini poliesterice armate cu fibră de sticlă (r.p.a.f.s.), trebuie să corespundă condiţiilor de calitate impuse de standardele şi normele în vigoare.<br />
<br />
1.5 CARACTERISTICI FIZICE, CHIMICE, MECANICE.<br />
<br />
Caracteristicile fizice, chimice şi mecanice variază la produsele din r.p.a.f.s. realizate manual în funcţie de mai mulţi factori, ca:<br />
tipul fibrei de sticlă folosită ca element de armare; <br />
structura (succesiunea straturilor de armare) stratificatului; <br />
tipul răşinii poliesterice folosit; <br />
folosirea diverselor ingrediente de impregnare (în scopul conferirii unor proprietaţi mai deosebite).<br />
<br />
<br />
2. Pregatirea pentru executia pieselor<br />
<br />
Ambarcatiunile de agrement din r.p.a.f.s. se obţin prin laminare manuală (procedeu prin contact) de straturi succesive de fibră de sticlă impregnate cu răşină poliesterică, sau cu masina combinata de tocat si aplicat fibra (polispray), pe matrite.<br />
<br />
Pentru prima turnare, suprafata matritei se pregateste astfel:<br />
<ol>[*]Întâi aplicaţi ceară de demulare în straturi subţiri şi netede folosind un burete. Lucraţi ceara în cercuri mici. Lustruiţi imediat, ca ceara să nu se usuce, folosind hârtie specială sau finet. Schimbaţi-le frecvent. Ceruirea trebuie făcută în 4-5 straturi cu interval de minim trei ore între, pentru uscarea fiecărui strat. Ultimul strat de ceară trebuie lăsat la uscat cel puţin 12 ore.[*]Următorul pas este aplicarea stratului de demulant lichid, adica alcool polivinilic. Materialul trebuie să fie saturat cu alcool polivinilic şi apoi stors cu atenţie. Stratul se aplică prin spălarea suprafeţei cu o cârpă udă, prin mişcări ample astfel încât să se formeze un strat subţire. Pentru celelalte turnari, pregatirea matritei consta doar in spalarea, uscarea si apoi aplicarea alcoolului polivinilic.[*]Dupa ce se usuca demulantul lichid, se poate trece la aplicarea gelcoatului pe matrita.<br />

3. Aplicarea gelcoatului pe matrita<br />
<br />
Cel mai recomandat gelcoat pentru executia ambarcatiunile de agrement din r.p.a.f.s., este gelcoatul izoftalic cu neopentilglicol; acesta are o duritate foarte buna, luciu deosebit, rezistenta mare la conditii marine si nu absoarbe apa. Uzual, se foloseste pigmentat alb.<br />
<br />
Gelcoatul este gata de utilizare după ce se adaugă procentul corespunzător de intaritor (peroxid de metil etil cetonă).<br />
<br />
Se recomandă citirea cu atenţie a instructiunilor de utilizare înainte de începerea lucrului. Aplicarea gelcoatului se poate face in doua feluri:<br />
<br />
manual, cu o pensula cu par lung si moale; <br />
spray, cu un pistol special.<br />
In ambele situatii, gelcoatul trebuie dat uniform, fara scurgeri, cu o grosime de circa 0,35 mm.<br />
<br />
Nota: un strat mai gros de 0,5 mm provoacă deformări, fisuri sau aspect necorespunzător, iar o grosime mai mică de 0,3 mm provoacă lipsa strălucirii, fisuri şi observarea fibrei de sticlă.<br />
Lăsaţi stratul de gelcoat să gelifieze (contact lipiciosfără transfer de material), circa 30 min.<br />
<br />
3.1. Întărirea gelcoatului<br />
<br />
Se recomandă controlarea timpului de gel, înainte de utilizare. Acesta poate suporta variaţii în funcţie de temperatura din atelier, umiditatea din atmosferă, valabilitatea gelcoatului, tipul de peroxid organic folosit; o scădere a temperaturii în atelier va cauza o creştere a timpului de gel, deci si o creştere a durităţii Barcol mai lentă. Temperatura recomandată este de 20-25 grC.<br />
<br />
Nu utilizaţi mai mult de 3% catalizator; va apărea contracţie suplimentară. <br />
Nu folosiţi mai puţin de 1,2% catalizator; va cauza slaba polimerizare.<br />
<br />
3.2. Sfaturi / Puncte cheie<br />
<br />
Gelcoatul trebuie amestecat înainte de utilizare (10 minute pentru 24 ore). O amestecare excesivă va provoca scăderea vâscozităţii, mărind riscul de curgere şi formarea porozităţilor.<br />
<br />
Gelcoatul va fi amestecat în adâncime şi la suprafaţă, evitând turbulenţele.<br />
Nu amestecaţi niciodată gelcoatul folosind aer comprimat. Această metodă nu este eficace şi prezintă riscul inglobarii aerului in masa gelcoatului, ceea ce duce formarea de bule de aer la suprafata piesei (porozitati).<br />
Nu adăugaţi nimic altceva în gelcoat în afară de peroxid de metil etil cetonă în procentul necesar.<br />
<br />
3.3. Precauţii<br />
<br />
Utilizarea gelcoatului are ca scop obţinerea unei suprafeţe rezistente, lucioase şi durabile.<br />
<br />
Operatorul trebuie să urmărească şi să controleze strict procedurile de aplicare. Greşelile nu apar decât după demulare şi sunt cauzate de nerespectarea normelor de utilizare:<br />
<br />
asiguraţi-vă că ustensilele de lucru sunt în stare bună de utilizare.<br />
după câteve zile de neutilizare, gelcoatul pare foarte vâscos. Se recomandă a fi amestecat (o dată pe zi). O amestecare slabă este inutilă, chiar cu efecte negative (porozităţi, curgeri,....). <br />
întotdeauna închideţi recipientul de gelcoat. Nerespectarea acestei reguli duce la pierderea de stiren şi deci şi la poluare. <br />
la aplicarea unui strat, acoperiţi întreaga suprafaţă în interval de 5 min. Suprapunerea straturilor provoacă o reticulare heterogenă a filmului, cauzând nereguli (urme, etc.). <br />
fiţi sigur că peroxidul organic s-a încorporat omogen în gelcoat. Nerespectarea acestui lucru duce la apariţia problemelor de întărire ce se manifestă prin vizibilitatea fibrelor, autodemulare, etc.. <br />
nu depăşiţi niciodată procentul de catalizator indicat, prezenţa acestuia în exces va duce la plastifierea gelcoatului după polimerizare. <br />
verificaţi grosimea gelcoatului umed aplicat. O grosime insuficientă înseamnă vizibilitatea fibrelor de sticlă, deformare după întărire şi apariţia fisurilor. <br />
proiectaţi un strat de gelcoat de aprox. 0,35 mm pe o placă de sticlă. Verificaţi prezenţa sau absenţa porozităţilor. Acest test se recomandă înainte de proiecţia (aplicarea) gelcoatului pe matrită. <br />
în timpul proiecţiei, evitaţi mişcări bruşte, acest lucru putând provoca discontinuităţi în aplicare. <br />
nu aplicaţi niciodată gelcoat pe alcool polivinilic umed (întărire incompletă). <br />
controlaţi umiditatea. <br />
utilizaţi gelcoatul catalizat în perioada de utilizare.<br />
<br />
4. Laminarea<br />
<br />
Primul strat de ranforsare constă întrun strat de stratimat de 300 g/mg, pudră. Trebuie aplicat după ce stratul de gelcoat s-a întărit (intre 30 min. si o ora, dar nu mai mult).<br />
Folosiţi o răşină poliesterică tixotropizata de uz general, cu adaosul recomandat de intaritor. Nu amestecaţi mai multă răşină decât puteţi folosi întro perioadă de 20 min.<br />
Aplicaţi răşina peste gelcoat-ul întărit prin spray-ere sau cu o pensulă, sau un roller din piele de miel. Trebuie aplicat un strat gros şi neted, dacă se poate dublu în greutate faţă de ranfort. Primul strat de fibra se umectează cu răşină şi trebuie presat astfel încât să urmeze conturul modelului fără straturi duble, cute sau zgârieturi.<br />
Aşteptaţi cam 2 min şi lăsaţi fibra de sticlă să se impregneze, înainte să începeţi laminarea cu un roller de metal pentru o impregnare totală, forţând astfel aerul să iasă. Folosiţi o pensulă densă pentru locurile înguste (greu accesibile) sau pentru colţuri. Impregnarea primului strat trebuie făcută cu mare atenţie pentru a evita formarea bulelor de aer.<br />
Dacă stratul de rasina poliesterica de după gelcoat nu este suficient pentru a acoperi complet suprafata fibrei, se mai aplică răşină pe suprafaţa matului, dar se recomandă evitarea acestui lucru deoarece aerul poate pătrunde uşor în suprafaţă şi este mai greu de eliminat.<br />
Nu încercaţi să obţineţi un conţinut ridicat de fibră de sticlă din primul strat, ci realizaţi o laminare netedă, fără bule de aer.<br />
Pentru colţurile ascuţite sau marginile matriţei, puteţi aplica fibre de roving (fire) bine impregnate, înainte de aplicarea matului.<br />
După ce primul strat este complet impregnat, se trece la stratul al doilea. Când laminatul este încă umed, marginile trebuiesc nivelate cu un cuţit ascuţit. Repetaţi pentru fiecare strat. Astfel, nu va trebui să nivelaţi marginile matriţei cu discul abraziv.<br />
Verificaţi cu atenţie laminatul ca să nu aibe bule de aer. Se impune din nou atenţie în special pentru colţuri şi margini. De asemenea, rolati sau îndepărtaţi prin tăiere orice proieminenţă, astfel încât suprafaţa să fie complet pregătită pentru aplicarea stratului următor.<br />
Treceti apoi la urmatoarele trei straturi, doar că aici veţi folosi stratimat de 450 g/mg. Îmbinarea între bucăţile de stratimat din acest strat şi din cele următoare trebuie făcută cu o suprapunere de 50 mm.<br />
Pentru a-i conferi piesei o rezistenta sporita, trebuie aplicat si un strat de tesatura de 500 g/mg.<br />
<br />
Ultimul strat va fi de stratimat de 300 g/mg.<br />
Astfel, piesa va avea o grosime totala de aprox. 5,5 mm, si va avea urmatoarea structura:<br />
gelcoat, <br />
un mat de 300 g/mg, <br />
trei straturi de mat 450 g/mg, <br />
un strat de tesatura de 500 g/mg,<br />
un strat de mat 300 g/mg,<br />
(0,35 + 0,6 + 0,9 + 0,9 + 0,9 + 1 + 0,6 = 5,25 mm)<br />
<br />
Lăsaţi suprafaţa laminată să se usuce în matrita o zi sau două dupa care se poate decofra.<br />
<br />
5. Debavurarea se face cu polizorul<br />
<br />
Toate canturile rezultate din tăiere sau polizare, trebuie să aibe aplicat prin pensulare un strat de răşină pentru acoperirea capetelor de fibră de sticlă.<br />
